When am I charged as a host?

Only when a job finishes and you approve it. Your card is charged the pro’s rate plus the service & payment fee, itemized on a numbered invoice.

What does the service & payment fee cover?

Card processing, payouts, scheduling, photo-proof evidence tools, support, dispute handling and marketplace protection. Processing is included — never itemized on top.

What do professionals pay?

A 3% marketplace fee, deducted only when a marketplace job completes — you keep 97% and your payout statement itemizes it. Pros invited by a host they already work with pay nothing.

Why is bring-your-own cheaper?

If you already knew your pro, we didn’t make the match — so you pay only a 3.9% payment fee that roughly covers card costs, and your pro keeps 100%.

Is there a free trial?

There is nothing to trial — the product is free. Fees apply per completed job only.
